Deposits are non-refundable once the project begins.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where no work has been delivered.
Final deliverables are transferred after full payment is received.
All designs, code, and creative work produced by Dopee Studio remain our property until full payment is made.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, or social media as examples of our work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project information.
Supply timely feedback, approvals, and content required for project progress.
Respect agreed timelines and payment schedules.
Delays in feedback or payments may extend project deadlines.
Dopee Studio will not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of profits, data, or business resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.
Issues caused by third-party integrations, hosting providers, or external plugins.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the related project.
Some projects may involve third-party tools, themes, or plugins.
We are not responsible for the functionality, updates, or pricing changes of third-party products.
Revisions are provided according to the project scope agreed upon.
Any additional revisions or new requests may incur extra charges.
Post-launch support or maintenance is available under separate terms or retainers.
We reserve the right to terminate a project or service if:
The client violates these terms.
Payments are delayed beyond agreed schedules.
The project remains inactive for more than 30 days without client response.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
